La sportiva

Since years I am being sponsored by La sportiva, before by the dutch branch, now by La sportiva international. I am provided with all the shoeware I need, normal and climbing shoes. I cannot think of changing the shoe I use now, the Cobra, it fits me perfectly, and I climb on it allways.
Beside climbing shoes La sportiva produces all sort off mountain shoeware, for alpinism and for hiking, speleology and running. With its experience of one of the oldest climbing shoe producer La sportiva stays at the top.

Petzl

Since 2008 I also found support with the french company Petzl. They grew together with the history of sportclimbing, and specialise in climibing equipment, headlamps and industrial work. Products like the 'gri gri' and the famous 'ticcas' belong to Petzl. I use the material mainly in rock, from short pitches to long routes, bolting routes, or trad pitches, Petzl has it all.

NKBV

to begin with, surely the most important sponsor I have: the NKBV, the dutch climbing and mountaineering federation. It sends me to international competitions, like during six years to the EYC´s, and to the worldcups. Thanks to this federation I can sleep in a hotel during the competitions, my flight or travel is paid, and they provide me with a coach or a physiotherapist, when one is needed. The NKBV makes it also possible that I can live here in Innsbruck, and I can train as well as possible. Without this help, I would have climbed a lot less interlands, and I couldn´t train full time.
